13. MYANMAR - new country in my collection

I'm back with new beautiful postcard from Myanmar. On the photo you see Thatbyinnyu Temple in Began- the capital of first Myanmar Empire. Thank you Wai Zin for sending me this great card!

11. Danmark. Hvide Sande.

The last postcard that I want to show today it is from Danmark. I received it from my family J. On the photo you see Hvide Sande, a small town on the northern tip of the Holmsland Dunes, in the western part of Central Denmark Region.

10. Norway. Amli.

Now, it is time for Norway. It is my first postcard sent from this country. I received it from my family J.  Amli is a municipality in the county of Aust-Agder.

9. Poland. Frombork

This nice postcard was sent by my clessmate Ania P. and shows monuments of Frombork. It is a town in northern Poland in Warmia-Masuria Province. In the main picture there is Frombork Cathedral, with Vistula Lagoonin in background.

8. Poland. Kaszuby

This postcard is also from Magda L. and shows various views from Kashubia. It is a language area in the historic Eastern Pomerania region of northwestern Poland. Kashubians have their own language, that is little bit similar to both Polish and German.

7. Poland. Białogóra

Hello! Today I want to show you more postcards from Poland. The first one is Białogóra. It is a village in northern Poland on Baltic Sea coast. Białogóra has a long, sandy beaches and is visited by many tourists every summer.

6. Poland. Zamość #2.

Another postcard from Zamość sent by Kasia. Previous I wrote about Zamość here.

5. Poland. Bytów.

Bytów is a town situated in northern Poland in the Gdańsk Pomerania region. The main attraction of this city is Castle of the Teutonic Order that was built 1399–1405. There is also Jeleń Lake, that is why many people go there for a rest.

 

4. Poland. Łeba.

Łeba is located in the Gdańsk Pomerianian region on the coast of the Baltic Sea. It is touristic aim for many, especially in the summer. There are long, sandy beaches. You can also see dune which is part of Słowiński National Park.

3. Germany. Hamburg

This postcard shows Hamburg, the second largest city in Germany. The official name is Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg.
I received it from my classmate Magda L.

The year of sending this postcard was 2000, so the price on the stamp is given in Mark.

2. Italy. Rimini.

The next postcard that I want to show you is from Rivabella di Rimini. This is a touristic place situated on the Adriatic Coast.
I received it in 2000 from Sandra - my penpal.

The price on the stamp is given both in Lira and Euro.

1. Poland. Zamość #1. My first postcard

Hi. I'm starting this blog with the very first postcard I received. It was in 1999. This postcard shows Old Town of Zamość. It is one of World Heritage Sites in Poland since 1992.
This card was sent by Kasia, my classmate from elementary school.
